Ore Dock Brewing Company
Craft Beer in Marquette, MI
Every summer, our dear friend (and L&A contributer!) Al invites us to stay at his family’s camp in Michigan’s upper peninsula. It’s a truly magical place, but frankly so much swimming, sauna-ing and relaxing can make you really thirsty for beer. Luckily the U.P.’s craft beer scene has been growing steadily. One of our favorites is Ore Dock Brewing in Marquette.
The taphouse is located within the shadow of its namesake, a few blocks in from the Lake Superior shore. The interior is cozily industrial and has plenty of seating. It’s the perfect place to while away an hour tasting beer with your friends.
Grab a flight and try their beers. Everything we had was really good, but we especially liked the Porter. The IPA and Saison were great as well.
So good we grabbed a pint or two after the flight.

Bottom line
Don’t miss it if you are in Marquette!
