Cozy and comfortable Paris hotel

Although the Hotel de Rocroy is just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the Gare du Nord train station, the hotel itself is tucked away on a side street. The rooms are quiet and comfortable – perfect for a romantic getaway in the city of lights.

The staff is attentive and friendly, and very accommodating. We showed up super early in the morning with our luggage, which they happily stowed for us in a secure room off of the game room. Oh yeah – they have a pretty swanky game room!

Our bedroom was gigantic (well, by Parisian standards), with a comfy bed and convenient desk. The decor was elegant and soothing – a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.


The bathroom was spotless, and contained that most Parisian of plumbing fixtures, a bidet.

Continental breakfast is served in the cellar. The spread was plentiful and delicious.
