Pizza and Beer In LoDo Denver

Wazee Supper Club has been holding down the corner of 15th & Wazee since 1974, long before LoDo’s resurgence as Denver’s hippest neighborhood. And even though it is more of a pizza place than a supper club – we’re from Wisconsin where “supper club” means Friday fish fry and Saturday prime rib – we’re not complaining! Their pizza is great – but if you’re feeling hungry after a hike, you might want to a hearty Stromboli.

If you’re not feeling peckish, perch yourself at the bar and enjoy a beer from some of Colorado’s finest breweries, including Odell and Wynkoop. The restaurant is warm and welcoming, and it looks like it hasn’t changed a bit from the day it opened – down to the tiled floors and dumbwaiter. The staff is friendly and the patrons are laid back, it’s the perfect place to go for a bite and a beer.

Know Before You Go

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, but don’t let that dissuade you. Take the bus or stay down here, preferably at the Oxford Hotel.
